Our products come with a warranty against any defects in manufacturing (see individual products pages for the warranty length of each particular product.) If something goes wrong with your unit(s) due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions. Returns that do not have the RMA Number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

your purchase. We do this to ensure that we are dealing with the actual
customer to protect both the customers personal information and our
safe business practices.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. We will in turn send you a brand new replacement free of charge and pay to ship it back to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-99-PESTS or email us to receive an RMA number and return instructions.Our customer service department will ask you to have your receipt in hand to confirm your purchase. Your 30-day Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends the day you ship the item back to us. Simply obtaining an RMA number within the 30 days does not ensure a refund – your return shipment must be postmarked by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Returns that do not have the RMA Number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.
We recommend you add tracking and insurance to your package when returning it to us. This will allow you to track the progress of your returned item, guarantee that we have received it, and protect you in the case your package gets lost by your shipping carrier. Milo Enterprises Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your package to us.
Once we have received your return, we will gladly issue you a refund of the product price back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 7 business days of receiving your return. A confirmation email is sent if we have your email address on file.
