PestContro Deluxe
Variable/Fixed Pitch Selector:
In the variable setting, the two speakers sweep within a range of ultrasonic sound frequencies, like two squalling and conflicting sirens. If set to FIXED setting the speakers broadcast a single tone. You may hear the difference by pushing the TEST button. Lentek recommends first setting to the FIXED setting and changing to VARIABLE if adequate results are not met.
Continuous/Random On-Off Selector:
The Random On/Off Setting automatically turns each speaker on and off randomly. This mode will use 50% less electricity. In the continuous setting, both speakers broadcast continuously. Koolatron recommends first setting to the CONTINUOUS setting and changing to RANDOM ON-OFF if adequate results are not met.
Floor Night Light Switch:
Switching the On/Off switch on the left side of the unit while plugged into an outlet, will turn on and off the Floor Night Light. Users enjoy this feature if PestContro Deluxe is placed in a hall or dimly lit area.
Test Button:
When the PestContro is plugged into a power outlet, pushing the test button will lower the ultrasonic frequencies to an audible human level. Pushing the test button will allow you to hear the different ultrasonic features. To avoid hearing damage, do not use the Test button for long periods of time and do not allow children to play with the test switch.
LED’s:
Each LED represents different properties of PestContro Deluxe. The Red LED will continually flash. While the green LED’s represent sound emitting from each of the speakers. The Green LED’s will randomly turn on and off if set in VARIABLE setting, and will remain constantly on during other settings.
Power:
The PestContro Deluxe is powered by a 110 volt outlet, or the represented power configuration indicated on the outside of the box. For worldwide applications, make sure you are using the correct plug configuration or the proper power converter that conforms to the local voltage and outlets. Contact your local dealer or Koolatron if you have a question concerning power issues.

Octenol Mosquito Attractant
Instructions:
- Open Foil Pack of Octenol Mosquito Attractant by using Scissors. See Illustration A
- Remove Octenol Mosquito Attractant Cartridge from Foil Pack
- Connect twist tie or “S” Hook to Octenol Mosquito Attractant Cartridge. See Illustration B
- Connect Other Side of twist tie or “S” Hook to Mosquito Trap. See Illustration C
- Wash Hands Thoroughly after installing Octenol Mosquito Attractant
Precautions:
- Store Octenol Mosquito Attractant product in a cool dry place and out of the reach of children until ready to use
- Dispose of the used Octenol Mosquito Attractant lure by wrapping it in several layers of newspaper and dispose in the trash
- Hazardous to Humans and Domestic Animals
- Octenol Mosquito Attractant is harmful if swallowed. Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using bathroom facilities
- Avoid contact of areas under foil wrapper with skin and eyes

Safety:
- Only use an outdoor extension cord having a 3-prong plug and receptacle that accepts the Mosquito Trap's plug. The Mosquito Trap has a 3-conductor cord and a 3-prong grounding type plug to fit a properly grounded outlet. Replace damaged cords
- The electrical rating of the extension cord must be greater than or equal to the electrical rating of the Lentek MK12 Mosquito Trap Guardian (120 Volt / 0.6 Amp). Use an extension cord with 16 gauge or thicker wire and that has a label stating it is suitable for outdoor use
- Do not abuse any electrical cord. Never yank it to disconnect from the receptacle. Keep all cords away from heat, flammable substances and sharp objects
